First of all congrats on your decision to join, Secondally please dont listen to the previous replies. There as sooooooo many ways to get in the military right now , plus they have increased many bonuses, GI Bills... you may ask why ? The military has quotas to meet ( recruiting quotas that is). Many recruiters will assist you in the process of joining, you need to speak to a recruiter about joining and inform them about your status. You will need a green card but I am quite sure they can help in some way to get you started in the process of joining. Good Luck, and Best wishes.

Anyone who's willing to put their lives on the line for this country should be allowed to join the military!!
I would talk to an recruiter also

You can't. Not yet anyway.

The rules:

But folks in Congress are trying to change the law:

A senior US defense officials today urged the Congress to fast track a section of the stalled immigration bill that would allow the military to recruit illegal aliens, after recruitment figures released by Pentagon showed that the Army failed to reach its targets for May."

You can join up - there are plenty of non-citizens in the US military. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for them to grant you citizenship, but it would help your cause.

Now why would you want to risk your life and limbs for this lost cause, I don't know, but good luck to you.

You have broken several immigration laws; possibly evaded taxation and lied to obtain certain documents.

Several options are available to you:

Turn yourself in
Go Back
