Hi Bambi, I have a lot of natural talents. I am a kind of know-much-about many things person.

For the talents, I can sing (sometimes I raise a Kingdom song when the music is having a fault or two), dance (I was video taped thrice dancing: at JWs' wedding reception twice and at a summer school's closing ceremony once), draw and make sketches, write (I am sure you can seen some of my answers here at Yahoo! Answers R & S section (and other sections too), Photographic memory (I know the nine fruitage of the spirit in the exact order in Gal. 5:22-24 ) and play many sports.

But my natural talent is helping people to solve their problems: sickness, social issues, educational matters, financial burden, life puzzles; just to lend a helping hand, a word of advice or some timely medical direction or spiritual guidance.

I have many talents. I am amazingly intuitive when it comes to music, and I can pick up an instrument and know it inside and out within a relatively short amount of time while practicing it on my own. I use this talent for Jehovah when I am singing at the Kingdom Hall, and I hope to audition for the society's orchestra soon as a harpist.

I also am a good listener, which I use when speaking to people about the Bible.

I also use illustrations very well, both those used in the Bible, and those that come from the society and people I've met.

I am a great cook. I know the taste I want to achieve and will throw in whatever food item I need to do so (including putting honey in spicy chili to even it out). I use this for Jehovah when we have hospitality.

I am an awesome writer of stories and poems. I use these talents for Jehovah when I write poems dedicated to spiritual things. They help me to track my feelings in regard to spiritual things and are reflective of what I am thinking about them at that moment.

"Independent creative thought" is an oxymoron without God. In a strictly naturalistic system, all things are determined by bio-chemical makeup that follow physical laws. "Why would God give you a talent then condemn you for using it" It depends what it is. Some people are very efficient killers. But the same skills that could be used in that way could instead be channeled into constructive purposes. It's how we use our talents that is important.

I love to cook. Always have :) I don't use recipes & anything new that I make comes from a craving I've had that sounded good. Most times, the dish turns out good, sometimes not :( Other than that, I'm REALLLLLLY good at spoiling my grandsons rotten. My daughter hates that, hehe but hey, what meemaw could EVER say no to Gods sweet little wonders? Plus, it's a grandmaw's rite of passage so to speak.

My hands were blessed with gifts, almost everything I have laid my hands on can be fixed without professional training.Cooking, cleaning, parenting, interior designing. carpentry. home building and repairs, roofing, driving, planting, landscaping, boxing, many artistic gifts, creative crafts, sewing and anything in that relm, picture puzzles. My Gifts of the Spirit are Discerning of Spirits, Healing ,Teaching, and Faith which I have been operating in but have not always fully understood all of my life. Yes, the Lord is good!

Mostly artistic, drawing, painting, etc... It is inherited. Several in the family are artistic.

With the artistic ability, I'm not bad with other creative things such as sewing, decorating, landscape gardening, I like to make everything look pretty.

There's not much that I don't like to do when it comes to being creative.

I'm losing my voice due to a growth on my thyroid but I still sing fairly well despite this. I was once much better though. I also write. I've recently begun hand sewing quilts. I learned to do this as a teen, but lost interest fairly quickly. Now I'm doing it again. I am also an excellent cook. I love experimenting with various foods and coming up with innovative recipes.

Good question!

I am a naturally skilled writer and poet. I have published poems in the library of congress and published poems in books.

I also feel that I have a way with people and try to show compassion when other are suffering. I have many friends because people are drawn to my qualities.
