This is my favorite question of all time.
You have to understand first how God does things. It says in the scriptures that God moves mountains (and we can assume the same is true for rocks) by commanding them. He commands them to move and they obey. It's really quite simple. So in reality, the only question you have is "Can God create something that won't obey him?" Well, he created you.

I first encountered this question many years ago in junior high school. Even then, it was clear to me that this was not a question of theology, but rather an exercise in bad reasoning.
