In Isaiah 29 he speaks about a book . . .

11 And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a a BOOK that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:
12 And the BOOK is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.

18 And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the BOOK and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.

What is this book he is talking about?

Probably the book bearing the 7th seal (or any seal, 1st through 6th, but the deaf-hearing and blind-seeing thing most resembles the 7th seal), as is mentioned in Revelation, the Book of the Lamb, which is not a literal book. It deals with the 7th period of time (the millennium) before the end of times, which "no eye can see, nor ear hear."

When the 7th seal is opened, the dead will come out of their graves and be resurrected, the blind and deaf (and other disabled, presumably) shall be healed.

To say that it's the Book of Mormon is quite a stretch, considering that Charles Anton (the one claimed in LDS history to have said "I cannot read a sealed book") and his secretary later denied about 2/3 of the story that Joseph Smith and Martin Harris told, including the infamous "certificate of authenticity" that he supposedly issued and then later tore up. What I'd like to know is what Joseph Smith (or Emma, for that matter, after his death) did with the charcoal-lifted copies of the Golden Plates characters.

Edit: Skepsis, that's a great answer. This could very well be a prophetic sign as well.

Read the whole chapter. It is a vision. The "book" is a symbol. Not being able to read is a metaphor for being blind to the obvious signs of coming doom. God is telling the people of Ariel that he has shut their eyes to the signs of coming war brought about by their arrogance. The "book" is the missing insight, "sealed" from their understanding.

The same book you read it from. The Word of God. Sophia. The Word dwelled in Heaven. The Word Made Flesh.

It is the book or record of life on earth if you like it pertains as to how you conducted your life in the physical body; mystics call it the akashic record.

I would recommend that you read the book life after life by Dr. raymond moody it should be in your local library.

IT WAS REGARDING THE NEW TESTAMENT AND JESUS CHRIST.

LUKE 7
22 Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and
TELL JOHN what things ye have seen and heard;

how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached.

.
AT THE TEMPLE WELL BEING CIRCUMCISED

Lk. 2:34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother,

The fall and rise of many to those who can see to be blind in the New Testament

Behold, this child is set for the FALL and rising again of many in Israel;
And for a sign which shall be spoken against;
35 (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,)
That the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.

Jesus came to give the laws of the Spirit to Israel and to the Gentiles.

True worship of God, is to: very deeply respect the truth in yourself and others in your every day life, and a search for truth, for Truth is God.

To serve the most high God. Is to look for the good of others and things. And be right to people in our dealings.

To minister to the highest God: is to evangelize the above to others..

To confess God before men is to: stand against those who do evil to others and things

The above words are spirit in this world, you cannot see them or touch we can only give energy to them.

To those who hate the new laws.
ACTS 13
41 Behold, ye DESPISERS, and wonder, and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you.

Those who can see earthly to be made blind spiritually, because they never were.

John 9: 39 And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.
40 And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, are we blind also?
41 Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

God teaches, those HE wants to hear and read..

John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned OF THE FATHER, cometh unto me.

God is the good teacher in the New testament

Heb 8: 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother,
saying, KNOW THE LORD: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.
13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

John 7:14 Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.

15 And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man LETTERS, having never learned?

16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.

17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

ACTS 4
13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that

they were UNLEARNED and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.

2 TIMOTHY 2
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed,
RIGHTLY DIVIDING the word of truth.

Read the context, it is not about a book at all. It is about how the people of Israel has closed themselves off from the prophets.
