I ask this here in R&S because it is a bit spiritual, but a bit funny. Also, since not a lot of virgins left out there, but maybe someone knows.

Perhaps he is gay and blushes and acts funny around women because he is embarrassed when they hit on him because he knows that he isn't into them but is afraid to tell them the truth.

only if he cant hide to play or run fast enough to catch a sheep. A male that is a forty year old virgin would probably be as like as a river that ran uphill. there has to be a release of fluids built up in the body at some time usally starts around puberty. The man is only shy and has a had time being around woman. his shyness doesn't say he is a virgin.

There is no medical way of deciding this, you would have to take the man on his word, strange how no-one has answered that to give yourself as a virgin to another in marriage is a great gift, and not to be the subject of immature sneering.

Sadly, there are a lot of attractive men who are virgins. Maybe they were virgins at a young age because of religion, but as they get older (25 and up) loosing your virginity isn't an atractive option to the girls who would have sex with him. (25 year old girls like experience)

If you have sex with him and it lasts all of 5 seconds, indications are that he's a virgin.

edit: Thom1274, I read your article and sex with "Jesus" and sex with a real person are two totally different things. I'm guessing you are a virgin, too. People have sex because (get ready for this...) it FEELS GOOD. If you deny yourself that physical pleasure, you're missing out on one of the best parts of life.
