I have a yorkie that is 4 weeks pregnant. She has had 2 episodes of diarhea today. Can I give her pepto bismol?

I would take her to the vet, some drugs can be very dangerous with a pregnant dog. At this point the vet can do a pregnancy test to determine if she's pregnant or not, and if she is, he'll give you medication that's safe, or recommend over-the-counter medications that are safe.

Call the vet. Pepto is okay for dogs, but the vet may not want the puppies to have it because it has aspirin which can exacerbate internal bleeding.

For the health of mom and puppies, I'd call the vet and ask, just to be on the safe side.

Call your vet before you give any meds to a pregnant b*tch.
