I wanna go on a low carb diet...how many carbs should i look for when picking up food...is 17g a lot? 22g? let me know...thanks

Don’t worry about that. Worry about where they are coming from. Many vegetables and fruits are high in carbs, but fantastic for you. Try cutting down or out on the grains. Bread, noodles, etc. Eliminate as much sugar as possible also.

read the Atkins Diet. Ex wife used this in 2004 and lost lots of chub and clothes sizes got smaller
