My brother in law has the same problem. He now eats a lot of healthy foods packed with protein.I see him eat all day long throughout the day. He also works out a lot.

It has worked for him.

First determine where you need to gain weight. Then work those muscle groups. Weight lifting and strength training will put on the pounds. You have to be consistent. You have to eat. Eat high protein foods such as tuna. Get your rest as well. You will want to switch your routine as you get to your desired weight. You will want to add aerobics to your exercise. You will have to maintain your weight. You cannot get there and quit exercising.

Buy a can of Crisco and eat it all with a spoon. Then, eat 5 sticks of butter, and wash it all down with a tub of lard. That ought to do it!
