a person doesn't have to be stick thin to suffer from anorexia.

Anorexia is what do somebody does, not necessarily how somebody looks.
If this girl is doing things like spending lots of time tracking every single bit of food she eats or how much exercise she does, then she is showing symptoms of anorexia. I knew a girl who counted the calories to walk from her bed to her bathroom, and was worried about the 1 calorie in Diet Coke.
This girl in the picture doesn't look extremely thin, though. She seems to have a soft figure, without any real muscle definition in her stomach, arms, or legs. She's not fat, but not skinny or athletic either.

Excuse me but anorexics can be any weight.
The fact is, if she IS anorexic, she won't stay that healthy weight for much longer.
She'll be a skeleton soon. So she needs help if she is.
I just dont get what is wrong with people that think it's cool to be 'thin?'
gosh, she is already a perfect weight.

She doesn't look like an anorexic, but if she is one, then it will only be a matter of time before you will notice because she will be very, very thin. She looks great though.

No, she's not anorexic. Anorexic is when you don't eat. If this girl is eating then she's not anorexic. If she's forcing herself to throw up, then she's bulimic. But I don't think so. She's not fat, nor skinny.
