Native speaker, degree in linguistics... no clue....

Wild guess: the first part could be [pa-SLED-niy RAZ...] and would mean "Last time...."

I think I may have figured it out.
Pazhelee = wish
Nye raz = more than once, over and over
diez= probably zdyes = here
maya... = my...
He's probably trying to say
Wish you were here over and over, my ... .
Or, somewhat more freely,
Wish you could always be here, my ...

It's just a guess, but I hope a good one!!

Could me:
Posledniaya radost moya= My last joy...
Posledniaya=the last (fem)
radost=joy
moya (may-ia) =my (fem)
