Do all black people use the word "Respect" as a compliment or just Jamican blacks?

Thanks

I'm not sure I understand what you mean, but the blacks I know use it to mean,"treat me alot better than what you expect me to treat you".
And before you blacks call me an ignorant racist, let me tell you that I am very educated in this manner, experience is education.
