I am looking for a protein pill. I work out daily and drink whey protein mixed in milk. I go through 3 gallons of milk a week. I want to know if there is any protein pills that are safe out in the market. If anyone has used them and know they are safe, I would please like to know a few different brands of protein pills.

i wouldnt use a pill. I suggest going to the health food store and buying one of the tubs of protien mix. They are all quality. They have whey mixed in. Mix it with water and you're good. You can also add peanut butter, milk and ice in a blender for a quick proetien smoothie...add a banana fro some extra flavor and vitamins.

Protein pills at this point is not fully economical yet, you get more bang for your buck with protein shakes. I have came across 1 company that has some good reviews on it, but it is best to partake when more companies are in research in a protein pill.

Also, not all companies whey is quality. Avoid walmart whey, sure the price is cheap, but they contain a good amount of sucrose. Stick to brands that most people use, like Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Cytosport.
And take a look into what type of whey it is, if it read hydrolyzed whey, avoid it. Its a cheap process of filtering the whey, aim for whey isolate or concentrate.
