I would def get it checked by a doctor. It probably isnt anything serious.
It may just be mouth ulcers.

I would see a doctor. Years ago my aunt died of cancer at 26 y/o. Her's started with a bump on her tongue that was numb. I'm not saying that's what you have, I saying just rule it out. Good luck. 2D

The best thing to do is go to doctors to get checked or with your dentist as they can help or refer you, sometimes it is nothing serious just an infection but pop down to dentist see what they say!

go get a blood test you might have Amyloidosis
