What would be good evidence? What if he raised from the dead, would that work?

What if references to the resurection could be found in secular Roman History? Would that be a start? Thank you again for your honesty.

Phillipi...I'm not afraid of knowledge, why run from it? Paul chose NOT to ignore at Mars Hill. He stood face to face in Athens and engaged in intelligent discussion. Nothing attacking, but in love. I have devoted my life to God and love him by the way I love others. Jesus did not ignore, neither will I. "I am not ashamed"

Love ya:)

Jesus did say in John 10:30, “I and the Father are one.” and the Jews understood exactly what he was saying “We are not stoning you for any of these, replied the Jews, but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God” (John 10:33). There are many other references as well. Jesus never corrected them and he never refused worship of others.

NMB....Does that mean you believe in the resurection?

The greatest argument my friend is that

In the ENTIRE BIBLE , Jesus not even once said that he is god , its just paul in his letters who say that he was, while Jesus himself never said . He was a Son of God that means A PROPHET , nothing more!!!!

Even Jesus had a God

This is the fact and Islam also bought this hidden truth infront of the world.

Jehovah is all mighty and God does not lie and can't die, his son Christ Jesus did. also Christ never said he was God, and Jehovah said that there is no one before me for I'm a jealous God!!!!! Jehovah is the most high and Christ stands to the right never as a equally Christ answers to his father. read some of these; Php 2:10-11 Php 2:5-6, Da 4:35, also Re 3:14, Col 1:15, Isa 44:6 to prove God is not three people read; De 6:4; Mal 10:18, Ro 3:29-30. Hope this helps

He Never claimed to be his own God & Father.

Who would've resurrected him, from hell?

Whom was he praying to
when he prayed to his God & Father?

He never even made himself equal to God.

"I am going my way to the Father."

"No one is good, except one, God."

"Of that day or that hour no one knows,
not even the angels in heaven,
nor the Son, but only the Father."

..."but to sit at my right hand or my left is not mine to grant,
but it is for those whom it has been prepared by my Father."

...."And whoever says a word against the Son of man will be forgiven;
but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit wiill not be forgiven".....

"bc I go to the Father; for the Father is greater than I am"....

"the head of Christ is God"....

"God has put all things in subjection under his {Jesus'} feet;
When all things are subjected to him, then the Son himself will also be subjected to him who put all things under him,
that God may be everything to every one."

Jesus said in prayer: "Father,...this is eternal life,
that they know thee { the only true God}, and Jesus Christ who thou hast sent." John 17:1-3, (RS; brackets added.) Most translations here use the expression
"the only true God" w/ reference to the Father.
NE reads "who alone art truly God,"
He cannot be "the one true God,"
the one
"who alone [is] truly God,"
if there are two others
who are God to the same degree as he is, can he?
Any others referred to as "gods" must be either
false or merely a reflection of the true God.

I'm just barely scratching the surface.

Cathy; that is Funny! LOL!

Mr. X; Not all Christians do this.
The Christian Cong. of J's W's don't, at all.

Well, good night all,
May Jehovah grant you peace.
Amen.
Bambi.

good that you asked about this question.first of all where is the evidence that jesus is God?is it possible he is God &some one else created him?!!you can find this knowledge in Holy quran(the last holy book)
Qur'an 3:79]
This verse refutes any view that the Prophet Jesus bade his followers to pray unto him (instead of, or in addition to God), or to pray to saints, angels, etc. in lieu of God
It is not conceivable that a human being unto whom God has granted revelation, and sound judgment, and prophethood, should thereafter have said unto people, “Worship me beside God”; but rather [did he exhort them], “Become men of God by spreading the knowledge of the divine writ, and by your own deep study [thereof].” And neither did he bid you take the angels and the prophets for your lords: [for] would he bid you to deny the truth after you have surrendered yourselves to God?” (Muhammad Asad's translation)

[edit] [Qur'an 3:84]
Say: "We believe in Allah, and in what has been revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Isma'il, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes (Nevi'im), and in (the Books) given to Moses, Jesus, and the prophets, from their Lord: We make no distinction between one and another among them, and to Allah do we bow our will (in Islam)." Affirming belief.
these are the words of Holy quran which was revealed by God.

I think it all depends on your concept of God. I believe Jesus was, in a way, God, or at least a human manifestation.

So many think of God as a Charlton Heston type with a long white beard sitting on a throne. That is not what I believe. I believe is a spiritual, all present, energy that is in everything.

Can I prove God exists? Sure, in 100's of ways. But it is not worth my time to try and do it hear as it will only provoke pot shots.

Can I prove Jesus was God? Yes, but again, it would only be setting myself up to ridicule.

Basically, it is faith. I don't need to know all the details to believe.

To those of you who can so easily dismiss a God, or want to blame God for the mistakes men have made through the centuries - relax.

For me, if Jesus was God, why would he have to pray to himself. He did pray to God several times without anyone being around. So, he wasn't doing it for effect.

When Jesus was baptized, as he came up out of the water, a dove came down from Heaven and a voice was heard saying, "This is My Son, the Beloved, the One I have approved." So, Jesus is God's Son.

The first thing that comes to mind is that the Torah says that man may not see God and live. I don't remember reading anything about people falling over dead after seeing Jesus.

One good argument is the mere fact that in Revelation 3:12 of the Bible, it 4 times refers to Jesus as saying "My God."

God doesn't have a God.

"Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name."

Its the other way around - why Christ was considered a God?
- He came from Virgin Mary from God's Spirit and His Word
- why was the way he was born been interpreted as Him
being the son of God - Muslims believe in the way he was born but the believe in it as a miracle but he is still another human being and that's why they consider him a Prophet -
Adam was gifted by being born without a father or a mother -
i don't hear anybody calls him God .
