there is this boy who likes me since 5th grade(i'm in 8th grade)and he keeps on talking to me and trying to follow me home. People call him a freek 'cause he is always talking to me for no reason and wants me to show him how to talk girl. I don't know what to do either to tell him to stop 'cause he is freaking me out or just to ingnore him. a lot of people think that i like him to. He could be sweet and annoying at the same time.

Don't worry about what other people think.
You need to spend more time with this guy to justify and come to the conclusion yourself. if you don't, you'll never know.

Well the first thing is to determine, do you like him? If yes then well there's really no problem, he won't be considered a freak for talking to you if your dating him.
If you don't, determine if you wouldn't mind being friends with him, there's nothing wrong with that, and you may develop a good friendship for years. Remember that friends aren't based on social status, once you get past high school none of that matters. Nor should it.
If you don't want to be friends with him, tell him so, but you don't have to be mean about it.

Dont ignore people who like you, You owe it to them to be honest and sincere. Tell him how you feel and set some limits like once a week or not at all if it bothers you. It is his problem from there on. As for others, learn to stand on your own two feet and do it your way. good luck.
