In my book all dessert is good!
My favorites are Creme Brulee, Strawberry Cobbler, Bourbon Pecan Pie, Regular Pecan Pie, Cheesecake (any kind), Yellow cake with cream cheese icing, Carrot Cake, Blackberry Pie, Apple Pie, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Brownies, Blondies, Peanut Butter Cookies....and the list goes on....

INGREDIENTS
6 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 1/4 cups mascarpone cheese
1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
2 (12 ounce) packages ladyfingers
1/3 cup coffee flavored liqueur
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
1 (1 ounce) square semisweet chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Combine egg yolks and sugar in the top of a double boiler, over boiling water. Reduce heat to low, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and whip yolks until thick and lemon colored.
Add mascarpone to whipped yolks. Beat until combined. In a separate bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into yolk mixture and set aside.
Split the lady fingers in half, and line the bottom and sides of a large glass bowl. Brush with coffee liqueur. Spoon half of the cream filling over the lady fingers. Repeat ladyfingers, coffee liqueur and filling layers. Garnish with cocoa and chocolate curls. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
To make the chocolate curls, use a vegetable peeler and run it down the edge of the chocolate bar.

Key Lime Pie. Its easy and fast to make. You can buy a ready made crust and then all you need is key lime juice, egg yolks and a can of sweetened condensed milk.
1-9" graham cracker pie shell
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks (whites not used)
1/2 cup Nellie & Joe's key west lime juice
Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie shell and bake at 350°F degrees for 15 minutes.
Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.

A warm moist brownie, topped with caramel, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream with little chunks of white and dark chocolate sprinkled on top! (don't forget the cherry!)
