I'M MARRIED AND IT'S NOT MY HUSBAND,IT'S A GUY THAT I HAD A CRUSH ON IN HIGH SCHOOL.......

You might be running into him soon. What does he represent to you? Knowing that will shed some light on the subject. It could simply be a desire to return to the carefree days of your youth or what that crush (not so much he) represented. The possibilities and dreams that you saw then that were not fulfilled.
Now your mind hearkens back to those days of yesteryear and a hearty "Hi ho silver..."...Um sorry, got on another train of thought there for A SEC...

Anyway, you are mentally going back because something in that time (feelings, thoughts, hopes) is needed or will come to some clarity in the here and now.

Like I said, I think you will meet him again, or someone who you will liken to him. They may provide that same exhilaration he provided for you then, in the present.

Depending on how long you and your husband have been together maybe you feel like things are getting boring and you guys need a little spice in your relationship.

It's okay to fantasize about another guy. This crush from high school is coming up because he must have been the last really strong feelings you had toward a guy. I could be wrong about that. Maybe you looked at an old yearbook recently and seen a picture of him. Or an old high school friend dropped his name during a conversation.

Everything is okay. You're not really in love with this old crush. I bet your the "what if" type of person and you really are just thinking about "what if" you ended up with that guy. How would things be different.

Sorry if I'm no help, but that's just my opinion. No worries though. Like I said, things will work out. And if they don't then it just wasn't meant to be.

Stress! Most likely a bit of this is making you ask questions. Communication in a relationship is the most important ingredient, and with the lack of honesty will not survive. Tell your husband about the dream, if he is mature and understanding and puts a trust in himself then you and him may be surprised to know that the dream partner could be your husband! There are certain qualities we look for when a relationship buds forth. The popular area is something about your father that attracts you to this dream character. The persons in the dream are very likely symbolized as someone other than the character in your dream. Hopefully you have came across the great psychoanalist Sigmund Freud as he could tell this best when he theorized the Eodipus Complex about humans and their stages of growth. Keep this in mind the first role model you had is your father, and the dream figure has a quality that of your father. Counselor

There are a lot of people who use self-talk to handle what is going on inside their minds. When self-talk is not monitored cautiously it can lead to drastic effects not only on one’s personality but also affects its mentality and psychology. Self-talk is a type of conversation which we conduct with ourselves. In literature we call it soliloquy. Brain’s reticular activating system never forgets what we repeat again and again. Ironically this system can not recognize what is beneficial to the individual and what is not. Think you can, think you can't; either way, you'll be right- a saying goes like this. Therefore when ever we ‘talk’ with ourselves, we should be cautious, very cautious in fact. There are a lot of audio programs which can help and there are a lot of online books. If I recall there is a book ‘self-talk solutions’ which is every effective in this scenario.

your subconscious mind telling you through dreams that secretly you have unfinished business with this fellow. perhaps you need closure?

i would do a bit of e-stalking to find out what happened to him. check out facebook.com or myspace.com and look up your graduating class to see what he turned out to be. who knows, he could be a bum nowadays and that will surely put your mind and your old crush to rest
