Waterloo.

There was no battle at Moscow. A big one was fought at Borodino -- a place located near the city of Mozhajsk, approximately 100 km from Moscow. Russians won at Borodino, but it was a Pyrrhic victory: their casualties were so massive that they had to abandon Moscow. The French occupied Moscow without a fight.

No they are nevertheless debating it, in spite of if the conflict seems promptly forward an approximately 6 hour conflict,( their are a good number of diverse bills of that conflict ),yet pondering the only element Napoleon grew to become into no longer wanting and thats Cavalry ,easily the finding out element grew to become into the absence of his veteran cavalry commander Murat (who gained the day at such battles as Borodino) incapable of commanding a defense force himself, he nevertheless did efficient provider under the command of Napoleon. He Murat might have a minimum of spiked the British weapons they (the french cavalry)had overrun throughout their assaults in the time of the day,he might have confident Napoleon to no longer detach his horse Artillery faraway from him,and greater importantly with a great style of Curraisser (Heavy Cavalry)regiments under his own command he might have a minimum of completed greater advantageous than Marshal Ney, and he might have broken Wellingtons centre, basically my opinion.
