I like craigslist.org or stubhub.com
I have purchased and sold tickets on both. It's pretty easy too.
Good luck !

If the tickets were sold as "non-refundable", the airline and/or agency had no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of the tickets. The only funds they are required to refund are government taxes placed on the tickets. Most airlines will actually refund most if not all of the purchase price when given documented evidence of illness or death in the family, and that appears to be the case with the airline you chose. However, the agency you used is under no obligation to do the same. Since the airline refunded the tickets to the agency, you would be better off trying to negotiate a credit for future travel through the agency.

It is a legal to DONATE your tickets to someone, and have them pay you a small handling fee ... it is not legal to sell them for a profit.
Just don't advertise on line or stand outside the venue trying to peddle the tickets ... you should be okay

It is legal yes, although some people tend to sell them for more than they are worth, you have to sell them for the same price or less

Yes it's all right to sell them..... it's considered illegal when you stand outside the concert hall and try to rip off people with outrageous ticket prices.... like tripling the price.

No, it's not legal unfortunately. Maybe you could give them to a friend as a gift or something...

In my opinion, I don't see why not. Don't try to make a profit on them, though. That might be illegal.

Sorry... It is illegal but: Only if you sell it publicly (on the street, on a store or on line, etc...)
Be careful doing so on line... They can get you faster than if you were on the street.
I wish you all the luck to sell them!
