Not yet. The NASCAR Hall of Fame will open in the spring of 2010 in uptown Charlotte N.C.

Yea, the NASCAR hall of fame will open in Charlotte,NC in March, 2009.

There is one currently under construction in Charlotte, NC. Should be open by 2010.
