I don't really have a name for it. It is a combination of 2 cups of cooked orzo, 1 roasted chicken (from the deli section of the grocery store) deboned, 1 large can of green beans (you could use fresh), I regular can of corn drained, 2 cloves of garlic minced, and about 3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil. You just heat the olive oil, saute the garlic for just a minute or so, and throw in the corn. Then remove it from the heat and pour it over the cooked orzo, chicken and green beans. Toss to coat and serve. It is even better the next day and it is good for you too!

Every couple of weeks I like to make breakfast for dinner. Tonight we're having eggs over easy with bacon & home fries and if I'm really ambitious, I'll do pancakes with whatever fruit I have on hand as a side dish.

Last night we had Chicken Cacciatore with sliced squashed sauteed in unsalted butter and roasted red potatoes.

Tonight we're having marinated ribs with corn on the cob and potato bundles (Onion, garlic, sliced potato and green pepper wrapped in foil with a tab of butter and grilled or baked for 30mins)

Tomorrow we're having Pork stir fry with egg rolls and ginger/sesame rice

I am defrosting steaks which I am going to slice very thinly and make into chili! with beans and tomatoes. Probably will make a little corn bread on the side.
