There are few, if any places that will pay for you to move. I'm not sure where you live, but in Cleveland, we have the United Way, First Call for Help that has information on every social service agency in this and several surrounding counties. If you have something like that in your area, they could answer both of those questions for you. Barring that, some churches will help, depending on your situation. For food, look for food pantries in your area, they usually have some requirements. You might also try going through a temp agency until you can get permanent employment so you'll have your own money and not have to jump through rediculous hoops to get the things you need. Hope this helps.

A soup kitchen or a homeless shelter. Or go to the back door of a restaurant and offer to wash dishes or clean the place. Often they will feed you for free and the little they pay you can go for gas money or a bus ticket.

for the food part, call local church's and ask if they do a local food bank program, you are in need, they will normally give you a date and time to come by. our church used to do that until rich people started taking advantage of the system, we had to shut it down. the money all i can say is unemployment office or craiglist.org

Try asking for a job application. Fill it out. Demonstrate that you're the best person for the job. Work. Get paid.
