I'm sorry, where does it say He was surprised that Satan and his followers revolted?

God was never shocked or suprised, the angels didnt revolt against him, the Bible is fiction and you're all believing in the wrong thing, God is a spiritual being no man made churches house him, The government is controlling you if you go to church. If you pray its a waste of time because god already knows that you want the best for somebody.

God is in all of us, not in a church, or the false bible.

It is still true that god is all knowing because god is all.

Nothing is as a surprise to God. All is known long before it happens. God can see into the heart even before it's first beat, and into the soul long before the birth of man. God has told us about the future, which he has seen and prophesied about in "Revelations". A warning trumpet has been sounded, and this is the beginning of revealing the things which must surely come to pass, soon.

Where does it state that God was surprised? God tested the Angels and knew full well which would rebell against Him.

When it comes to free will God is not all knowing. This is a common fallacy that is wide spread and is being exploited by people with no hope. So sad.

He wasn't surprised. He already knew it was going to happen, just as he already knew that adam and eve were going to disobey him. Think of it as a storybook. The entire mankind in a book. God is able to stand above it and look at it: past, present, future. he isn't restrained to time.
