Never, NEVER!!! EVER!!! Plan your conversations, you can NEVER plan your conversations, its a good outline but trust that you'll breck it. But you've got the right idea, take it slow, keep it moving forward and be geniune and you'll get the reaction you deserve, but yea, never plan a conversation, its not a speech, because you can NEVER guess how she'll react. Just be like water, ready to flow.....

Edit: Sorry needed to add that what your doing is EXACTLY what you should, just when it comes to the time you talk to her, throw that away and just flow with it. You make.... templates for the conversation, but always know it could change, so always have "points" you want to get to like yours. Get her comfrontable, Get her knowing a little about you, then give her space to make a choice weather she wants to know more (ask her to see her around, or to the coffe shop, just something that says hey I'm interesting in getting to know you, for you).
