He might be stressed out, depressed, tired, on medication with a side effect, or is interested in someone else.

Is he really stressed right now? That can have a huge effect on a person's sex drive and other parts of his life.
You also might have just hit a lull in your relationship--it's two years on, so the excitement has worn off, but maybe you haven't learned how to reinvigorate and maintain your relationship. Long-term relationships take work.
Have you tried saying things like, "I'd love to spend some time with you this weekend. Let's [fill in fun activity you both enjoy] on Saturday." ? If you take this approach instead of "You never take me out any more!" he won't take it as an accusation or a complaint.
Or maybe you're spending *too much* time together. If you're together all the time (live together, share friends, etc.), maybe try each doing your own thing. He goes off with the guys on a fishing weekend while you stay home and finish up that art project you've been wanting to do, or have a spa weekend with your girlfriends, or something. Then when you come back together, you're both relaxed, and happy to be together again.

seek couples counseling ...your relationship is dying you both need to work at it and get it back on track or be ready to walk away cause he's too comfortable...you're like an old shoe...don't settle.
Spice it up...meet him at the door naked, get some toys...go on a date with him and flash him you don't have panties on...make private time for the two of you...get some massage oil and experiment....turn off the tv and the computer and do something fun together. Get out of that rut.

I think he is bored with you.Sorry, if this answer offends you. It is not necessarily he is cheating on you. He just felt bored with your physical attractions. You can be the most beautiful girl in the world and he still does not want you because he had you for two years. Men are pigs biologically, and will always want something new physically. Leave him a lone and see if he will come back to you.

Sounds like he's really depressed. Either somethings happened that has his mind completely occupied and he can;t think about a relationship, or he thinks the relationship is at an end but doesn't want to tell you. That's my take on it anyways.

Is he going through a depression? Has he lost his job? Does he have money problems? Maybe he has a lot going on and he doesnt know how to deal with it. Men go through these periods. Have a talk with him and see if you can comprimise.

Tell him to lay away on the weed and alcohol. Those have proven negative effects on the man's libido.
