I would gladly surrender my life in the service of our Lord G-d and our Saviour Jesus Christ. As our fore-fathers did before us, so should we. When called upon to act on His behalf, there is nothing on this Earth that should stand in our way. After all, what on this Earth could rival the will of G-d?

Greek Orthodox. I believe life is yours and yours only, to do what you want, and it was given by whatever force was involved, not to be demanded back.
Religious indoctrination leads people to believe that is God's prerogative to demand your life, when in fact through History, other forces asked for that sacrifice. And they had nothing to do with God. God was the excuse to trick naive and simple minded people to give away the nature's given gift.
There is also a matter of age involved on this question. When you are close to reach your natural end you are even more unwilling to do the sacrifice. Young ones, in the heat of their youth, think themselves indestructible, and to them this indoctrination is aimed at.

No, but I would give my life for the Lord. Religion has too many facets. I don't go to any particular church as I prefer to pray and worship in private. Too much back stabbing goes on in organized religion. I find God in everything I do and speak to him always.

I am orthodox Christian, but I feel my relationship with God is mostly personnal, not through religion. So I wouldn't die for it, I would keep quiet about it. But I would sacrifice myself if I had to openly adopt another religion I don't agree with.

Maybe, if I could do it in a proper, old fashioned way - in a bloody big battle with swords.
(I know, I know, I do too much medieval reenactment. But for some reason, it lives in me. It did even before I ever held a real sword in my arms.)

I'm a Norse Heathen.

We have so many examples in our history of people who have done that: given their life for their God. I would follow that example as I was raised that if you lose your faith, you won't have much left. Giving one's life for faith also means loving your children, and everybody else's children, too.
I'm Orthodox Christian, Serbian.
