I have the same kind of dream about my teeth! Well, I actually have two different ones that are recurring. I have one where I am walking up a flight of stairs, and I trip and shatter my teeth. In the other dream, my teeth just start getting loose and falling out! I have woken up and checked to make sure that my teeth are still intact as well! I have always had perfect teeth. I have never had a cavity, never needed braces, nothing. I think it is just some subconscious paranoia that I have that something will happen to them. Good teeth are very important to me. I am not attracted to men who don't have really nice teeth. Maybe that is weird, but I can't help it. : ) My sister has terrible teeth, and she has lost a lot of the, Maybe that's where it stems from. anyway, it's nice to know that I am not the only loony person who has that dream! LOL!

Teeth falling out dreams are very common. Except when you actually are worried about your teeth - i.e., bridgework, root canals, etc. - they usually relate to concerns about appearance or about growing older and losing one’s health - and/or beauty. In your case though, because your teeth your dream may be related to a nervousness - generally - about something specific you may have said or how you may be appearing to your family. Did you recently say (or do) something to a family member that you wished you hadn’t?
It is a curiosity of dreams that concerns about appearance are represented so consistently through this metaphor. We often forget how important our smile is in our presentation to others. What’s the message of this dream? If you said (or did) something that you wish you hadn’t, make an effort to tell the person you said it to that you are sorry - and that you feel like you shouldn’t have said what you did. If you’re worried about your physical attractiveness to others - remember that true beauty radiates from the inside out - and will be appreciated by all the people you ever want to know in this life.

It's one of the following:
1. You place value on your teeth and am worried about losing them.
2. You want to feel wanted and somehow relate a abnormality like no teeth, to being rejected.
3. You strive to be accepted and think that there is a possibility of one small thing that could make you feel like an outcast and ashamed.
