NO not at all! I only take offense if they replace the W with a B.

Blessings!

No, I love being called a witch. If someone came up to me tried to insult me by saying "you're a witch" I'd say "Ya, and your point is....?"

AmethystNight: I love that. Mitches, very cute.

EDIT: A witch is not necessarily a wiccan, as is my case. What does insult me is when people call me wiccan 'cause I prefer to be called a witch. I'M NOT WICCAN, BUT I AM A WITCH. THE TWO ARE DIFFERENT!!

I hate to jump in, but the proper term for a male witch is witch. Not warlock. Warlock means oath breaker. Sorry, but all those D&D games got it wrong! lol (however, my brother has been calling them "mitches" because he's a silly silly guy)

Anyway, no, I take no offense because many of the things I do could be considered witchcraft. lol

A little as I am Wiccan and not a witch, but sadly very few these days know the difference.

Blessed Be )O(

It's better than Devil-Worshipper even though NEITHER is accurate as I am not Wiccan.

If it is not being used in an insulting way, though, but simply because the person does not know the differance between Wiccans and other Pagans, I do not take offense. I simply educate....

No, but it seems rather silly to call an atheist a witch.

No, but too many people confuse witch with wicca.. and I am not Wiccan.

No. "Witch" is a job title of sorts; it describes my spiritual practices. One person's witch is another persons faith healer, oracle, or priest.

Of course not.

I am a Witch.

Offended, no. But I do correct them, as I am a pagan, not a witch.
