I've always been a little twiggy person, but now I'm getting that middle age pudge. How do I lose the stomach and make the fat settle some place more acceptable? I really need to tone up that stomach, but the rest of me is still skinny. Help!

I've heard that you can't just spot reduce, but I'm eating less fat and doing some walking and sit ups and it seems to be working.

I swear I need to write a book. It will be about 500 pages. 499 of those pages will be blank. The other 1 page will say: To lose weight, don't diet. Burn more calories working out than you intake in a day and you will gradually lose the weight. People spend billions of dollars a year on diets when all you have to do is conserve what you eat and burn more. There's no such thing as the "sitting on the couch eating all meat, or the south beach diets".

Do a colon cleanse. This website is very interesting, and your intestines could be a bit clogged and have buildup in them from over the years. It happens to most people, and cleansing them out could make that bulge go away!

drink a gallon of water a day.
exersice more everyday..and it will soon be gone.

diet, and excercize... you need to be determined but will feel much more healthy fast.
