Maybe the young man is behaving like a man and not a male animal. He likes you as friend not a sex object. He honors you and doesn't want to make you "just a place to put it."
Be honored he doesn't want a sexual relationship. Maybe he's old fashioned and is waiting until he is a married man.

I don't know, but I assume from your question that for you it is OK if a guy calls you only after you sleep with him and that's weird.
