I am having problems with the fan control switch. It has 4 settings on it, the only one it will blow on is 4. Does anyone know what could cause this problem?

It is either the blower control module or the high blower relay. The resistor or blower control module is located by the blower motor usually. Access it and disconnect it and run through the blower speeds with the ignition on and test the supply voltage to it. If it is all normal, jump it to the motor and see if it spins. If it spins, replace it. If it doesn't, find the relay and do the same checks.
