I am already skinny and I noticed when I started running I lost weight. So when I go to the gym I have no idea what to do anymore. I don't want to lose weight, if anything I would like to gain a few pounds. Please advise

One thing to remember that muscles weight more than fat. When you started running (areobic excercise) you were burning calories, when you burn more calories than you take in in a day, your body uses fat for energy.

If you are looking to gain weight but continue running I would suggest strenght training, lift weights. Lifting weights will help you build muscle which in turn will help you gain weight.

Do strength training with light weights to add lean muscle to tone your body. Use dumbells to tone your arms and do lunges to firm your legs, and so on. Crunches and exercise machines located at you gym can help tone up your abs, you won't lose weight or gain fat, you'll gain a little bit of muscle which will look great and you will still be healthy.

Well if you just do toning exercises to build muscle then you shouldn't lose a lot of weight. You'd just turn the fat weight to muscle weight. You can also keep up a healthy diet to maintain the weight.

I would say weight training. Muscle weighs more than fat, plus bulks you up. I would find a gym and maybe talk to a trainer about weight training.

It sounds to me like what you're trying to do is tone up. Get a hold of some protein drinks and start eating a little bit more.

eat more carbs so you'll gain weight and when u go 2 the gym u will turn it in 2 muscle witch weighs more
