God is called he in the bible. Must be male.

I would think that if there was just one, then it would be genderless.

If there was more than one, then there would be males and females.

I never understood why the Christian God was considered male. For the most part on Earth women are the ones that carry and bring life forth. Since that is true, then why would the creator of our universe be male rather than female?
