I normally give a big spill about waiting it out, getting to know the horse, and then deciding, but this time ....
I'm thinking Storm, because it fits in with his parents' names. For example, Storm with Overcame would be like she weathered the storm and overcame, while with her grandmother, Storm would be like taking the world by Storm, which could happen with someone trying to even the score. Another possibility would be Thunder -- same reason, but I just started thinking about the thundering sounds of hooves.
One last possibility: something like Slim Pickin's, because your nickname is Slim. :)
Oooo Ooo OOooooooooooo! I just found out there's a name that MEANS Born on Easter! It's Pascal, which is a wonderful name for a horse!
