No, you can't walk the dog till it drops. Shepherds are notorious for growing fast. This is actually one of the fastest growing breeds. Because they grow so fast, their bones can actually grow faster then their muscles and cause pain when exercised. I walk my 4 month old a mile in the morning and a mile at night. Talk to your vet and see what he/she says. My vet says no serious running until 9 month to a year old. Good luck!

As much and as long as you want-- the dog will outlast you-- and if she gets tired she will sit and refuse to move....
