When I was young I had a liberating lucid dream where I was finally able to defeat a monster that would bug me every night. The dream was a positive thing. Finally after 13 years I had another lucid dream but it was not so positive, in fact it was scary:
For instance, although being completely conscious of dreaming I had to yell commands to make things happen. But eventually they would, so I continued on. Ok here is where the worrisome stuff happens:
I am surrounded by religious friends whom I've known since I was a child. One of them was an extremely attractive girl (sort of the bombshell of a boys childhood). Anyway I make the sexual encounter happen, and after it is over I look again at her face. It's female, but gruesome and unattractive. I try and try but I can't make the face change to hers. The thought consciously goes through my head that I may not actually have as much control over what is happening here as I thought, I freak out and start praying to end the dream.

I guess why I'm scared is that I thought that part of being lucid meant you had complete control over the dream and what happens, but I felt completely out of control after fornicating with her.

Supposedly yes, as a matter of fact. If you believe in that kind of thing.
The early twentieth century secret magical society types were into stuff like that. Israel Regardie's book, The Golden Dawn, has a lot of instructions along those lines.
He only talks about communicating with "angels," but six of one half a dozen of the other I say.

Even when I'm consciously aware that I'm asleep and dreaming, my control never lasts for more than 20-30 seconds. And, it's not truly direct control. Mostly I'm able to remember a desire that I had and how I watched the dream make it happen. While I may have selected the topic, I am not able to control the presentation or the consequences in the dream.
Even lucid dreaming "experts" who sleep hooked up to machines that are supposed to help trigger awareness and control of dreams only report an average of 4 events (not totals dreams) per week.
In response to your question about demons, I prefer Jung's theory that there are no gods or demons in dreams, only different parts of yourself that can be experienced in different ways. Without getting too deep into theory, If the dream truly disturbed you, or if you have it again, you may want to have it analyzed. You're unconscious is probably trying to tell you something.
Keep in mind, however, that dreams can be made of your mental flotsam as well, especially if you are not getting enough sleep or are otherwise stressed. If you were reminded of this woman and some other horrific image before bed, your unconscious could have simply combined the two into a random nightmare.
Anyways, good luck.

Monsters? Demons? I can understand when you were young...my son had problems with that too, and he and I both dream lucidly. You've seen the fornication scene on TV a hundred times. Someone you thought was a friend turns into a monster. Just consider Smallville.
No this dream came from something you saw on TV.
However, you have stumbled upon the way to end every lucid dream--prayer. I call upon the Lord (Oh, Lord Jesus!!) over and over until I break through the dream and wake up.
Just a weird dream. That's all.

I have lucid dreams occasionally but there is only limited things I can do. It's like I can interact with the people and things there but they are performing a set script and as soon as you stop messing with them they go back to the script. Like being in a movie but you are the only one that realizes it's a movie.
As far as the face, you were probably just feeling guilty for raping her and the gruesome face was just a reflection of how you really felt about yourself.
Walking through walls is tough but once you figure it out, it's fun. Also flying is cool. I have to sit in the air like I am in a chair to fly. I push down on the air to make myself go up.

You are communicating with demon all right, but not the demons outside, instead you are communicating with the demon inside you. We all have our dark side which we always try to subdue but from time to time again, it resurface and challenge us. Try not to subdue it, instead embrace it as a whole and accept it as part of yourself. Rather than forcing the face to change into a beautiful girl that you want to have sex with, why not simply appreciate the female for being a female despite the fact that she may look unattractive.

well.. i recommend that you look at it the scientific way...
not the religious way (cause i dislike religion)
its just a dream... things happen in dreams that you cant always control... nothing bad would have happened to you in that dream... no pain or wounds can be inflicted upon you in a dream...

maybe God is trying to tell you that you dont have as much control over your life as you want
and maybe also that Satan has a grip on you with sex
id take the fact that the girls face was not what you thought it was as God telling that sometimes when you just have sex its not as pretty or fun as you think it is there is evil to premarital sex
