I have just be graduated in Computer Engineering. I am Thai. I want to learn English and work full time in IT such as system engineer where is not thailand but other country such as English, Indian, Malaysian, ... . and I plan take course Cissco such as CCNA,CCNE. so I can do it where is not thailand. Please help me. and Who or Where I can connect about my plan (agancy)

I think learning english is the first thing to do and for that, I am sure your country also has needed facilities. If not, you can learn online. Do a google search and see preferably free courses. Afterwards, you can try to apply and join a job. Best wishes.

There are a lot of great ways for you to learn the language. Where do you live? Depending on where you live you could try watching t.v. programs in English. This will help you become used to the accent as well as grammar. You might even be able to learn some slang. You might also want to try reading in English as much as possible. Try reading news articles online. You could read the article in you native language first, then you could read that same article in English. Since you would have already read the article, you will be able to understand a lot more. If you are interested in having an English speaking pen pal I can help you. English is my native language. um.. I don't have any knowledge about this but try doing some research about which school in another country offers that course..or ask your old school if they can recommend you anything...
