I'm currently doing and iSearch paper and I need a good source for Packaging Engineering. I was originally going to result to UW Stout but they don't have anyhthing on their website. Anyone know any solutions? ;)

explains electronic device packaging, not necessarily how the packages are engineered, but it has all of the necessary engineering information you need. There is a 'free' standards section -- go there, so you don't have to join JEDEC.
