Seasons are capitalized when they are subject of the sentence, otherwise, they are not.

The event will take place in the spring.

I love Spring, it is my favorite time of year.

It is so simple honey ... if u want to capitalize the season just use dis "Spring" or u can write down sprin as normal as u written over there
they both will work but "Spring" is more better then spring if want to write it in capital way

Yes, if you are talking about something happening during that season you do Capitalize it, if you are just stating how you like the spring, then you don't.
