Iam sorry but lol well I understand you have become attached and I understand that although cats are animals they can kind of become close members of your family and the way they behave and things/habits they have or do,but he might not mind because he is use to you,but deep down I think you know it isn't really a good thing to do even though you mean it in a playful way and the time when he meowed was probably because he didn't like it that time so as you understand what you are doing when you feel like doing it them just tickle him or give him a hug instead for comfort.

Yeah, don't bite your cat. Simple as that. If you want him to fear and attack you, then keep on biting. You'll only have yourself to blame when you get an infection from a scratch or a bite. Use toys to play with him, not your teeth or your hands.

i play with my kids in a similar matter.i have given them little love bites here and there and i rub up against them just like a cat would i wouldnt be to worried just know that when the cats had enough hes had enough.and cats also sometimes play rough with eachother sometimes and bite too hard or scratch where they werent supposed to.him meowing was his way of telling you that.but start rubbing up against him again nudging your face up against his stuff like that then start the little love bites agian he should be fine

nibbling is fine just not so hard next time - I like to pull and nibble on my cat's fat rolls (she doesn't feel it much because a choosing a fatty area but she loves the slight pull sensation)

does he still wanna play with you? if so, great, keep playing with him and get over your fear of hurting him - use your self control

if he doesn't want to play anymore, you gotta regain his trust - do this by constant talking (to him), give treats and toys, play with his toys and tempt him by dangling maybe a string in his face until he give in and plays

cats have a short memory span of a few months (I think) so if you are cosntantly nice to him, he'll forget why he was ever mad or scared to begin with

if all he remembers is beign scared and you don't do anything about it to make him happy, your strained relationship will last

play with him, but don't bite him. Use a cat toy/ball roll it around. Pencils work well too!

I think you need to see a doctor, you are playing a risky game, cats kicking you in the face could give you a nasty infection, go see a psyce doctor and find out why you do this, I am betting there is a reason and they might find it.
Jim here.

Please don't bite him again. It annoys the cat, and you'll only end up with a mouthful of fur ( yuck) and maybe a scratched face. They can be little wild critters, don't you know?
