there are a number of important differences some obvious ones in the body shape and of course the genital organs. there less obvious ones which are just as important such as the thickness of the skin. Women have thinner skins in general which is why when they smoke they develop crows feet wrinkles round the eyes. Also their brains are fundamentally different in that the brain is in two halves joined by nerves. Women have far more nerves joining the two haves that men so they tend to think with both sides of the brain so are better at multi tasking and seeing the overall picture in any situation. Whereas men tend to think more directly about a problem. This is why women drivers have less accidents that men drivers and why they take longer to do a right turn at a junction than a man would but men parallel park better than women. These are of course generalisations .It is probable that humans evolved this way because women looked after the babies and the cave so needed to keep and eye on the kids, the fire and watch out for any danger where as the man needed to concentrate on killing a sometimes dangerous animal so did not need distractions
