i dont think anybody can scare the Supreme Court. they serve for life and can be totally independent of politics and voters It was set up that way.

If you were actually following recent Supreme Court rulings you would know they have been favoring International law over the Constitution for years now. The Kelo case is in direct violation of our 5th amendment rights.

Immigration is not a manufactured issue. We have had laws regarding it since the 1700's.
