I can tell you this. It is not a good sign at all. Usually, rocks raining from heaven represents divine punishment. As for spitting up a stone it represents you getting rid of something in your life that was not good for you. The rock represents something in your life that was hard for you to "digest" and just sat in your heart and mind. Finally, you just threw it back up.

My people believe that Rocks are the oldest living thing on this planet...we call them grandfather....if you were native I would say the grandpas are tired to trying the carrot under the nose and are now trying the two by four to the head for attention... and that you are defiant of their attention getting behavior..as you are not native I will assume that you are Christian and aware of the passage about being without sin and casting the first stone...have you done something you consider a conscious puller....or someone else considers a sin..if so spitting on the larger stone would suggest that you are in defiance of the stones others are casting...and maybe with good reasons

Did you see the story yesterday about the meteor that crashed into the earth in Peru? It left a huge hole, and tons of people near it got bad headaches and threw up - I assume from noxious gases it must have been emitting. If you saw that story, that could be it, as things we don't think too much about when awake often come out in our dreams.
If you just heard it from me though, then I don't know.
