We were all born into sin. We always will be sinners. The difference is some will be forgiven and delivered from the sin, others will not.

According to Martin Luther Yes and sin Boldly

A few Quotes From The founder Of the reformation.

\What does it matter whether we commit a fresh sin?” “Faith cancels all sin” . “No other sin exists in the world save unbelief,” “Sometimes it is necessary to commit some sin out of hatred and contempt for the Devil.” “What matters if we commit a sin?”
“You must say my sins are not mine; they are not in me at all; they are the sins of another' they are Christ's and are none of my business” . “Christianity is nothing but a continual exercise in feeling that you have no sin although you sin, but that your sins are thrown on Christ.” “From the moment when you acknowledge that Christ bears your sins, He becomes the sinner in your stead
“Be a sinner, and sin boldly, but believe more boldly still.” Not only men, but the Saints and Apostles must be sinners. “The Saints must be good, downright sinners.” “The Apostles themselves were sinners, yea, regular scoundrels…I believe that the prophets also frequently sinned grievously”

God, on the other hand, “a master armed with a stick”. “God did mischievously blind me”; “God often acts like a madman”; “God paralyses the old and blinds the young and thus remains master”; I look upon God no better than a scoundrel”; “God is stupid”

Sins vary according to religion. I would have to say stealing. I shoplifted when I was eight. And no not once a sinner always a sinner. There is always hope for a person

There is no such thing as once a sinner always a sinner. If one chooses to remain in a sinful state, that is an individual choice. We all have free will. However, there is a consequence for our sinful actions. Here is an example, we are all imperfect, we are therefore all sinners. This is why we get sick, we grown old and die, we fight wars and kill etc. However, we can choose to refrain from some sinful conduct. Here is an example, a married man is tempted by a woman at the office to pursue a relationship. He does not avoid her, he is entertained by it. He does not out rightly tell her to stop her conduct because he is a true Christian and lives a life pleasing to his Heavenly Father. Instead he kids around like it is innocent fun. Then, one day it all happens, he commits adultery, his reason, he went out for drinks with her after work, he got drunk and she came on to him. Now it is all her fault, not his. Sure! Clearly, he has willfully committed a terrible sin. He could have done all the things mentioned above, and even choose to leave the job for another. He could have informed his wife of the incident and both prayed for holy spirit to overcome the situation. He let himself be entertained and it lead to great disaster. Now divorced, sick with A terrible sexually transmitted disease and sad children with a terrible depressed ex-wife. Above all he has hurt his heavenly father because he did not keep his integrity. Satan the Devil does not want humans to do God's will, he does not want us to gain everlasting life. That is why he tempted Adam and Eve into an act of disobedience which lead to all our sinful state. Revelation 3:21, tells us that one day, "God will wipe out every tears from our eyes; and there will be on more death, no more sorrow : and no more crying, neither shall there be anymore pain: the former things have passed away." Do not sell yourself short, yes we are all sinners, but you can avoid certain sinful conduct until God's has put an end to this wicked world. Do you not wish to benefit from the fact that Christ died for you or do you rather die because you refuse to try. Once a sinner not always a sinner, because Christ died for you. He loved you and me. Make him proud show your appreciation and fight the fine fight. Do what is right, it isn't always easy granted we live in a world of much sadness and constant disappointments. No news is good news. However, the Bible is a book of Good news, but most ignore it or twist it for a profit. Keep on asking your creator to help you to find him. He does answer prayers of those who are sincere and ask for his help out of a clean heart. You my dear neighbor are by no means hopeless. Keep your mind focus on the Christ. Do some research on the life of Christ, he is the great ex amplifier of how humans should live. He is our model. Never compare yourself to the sinful state of mankind. True, you will never be perfect as Christ (In the future, that's another question) however, God will bless you for your sincere efforts. Stay well and don't be mislead but the corrupt world around you. Prayer and reading the Bible helps. Take good care of you, then you can help others.

Even those who are saved will always be sinners, it is impossible not to be, but we know we are still loved by our Father. I couldn't tell you the first sin it was too long ago, probably when i fought with my brother or took his bottle. I can tell you the worst sin and that was believing that I existed without God, that I was in control.

I believe that we, by default, commited our first sin the moment we were conceived, being born into a sinful world we are automatically a "sinner", which is why Jesus' sacrifice on the cross is necessary even for newborn and unborn babies to gain access to the kingdom of heaven.
