and the girl that got her the job is one of her friends
so my gf tells me that she found out that her friend has a guy friend that works there and the dude has a crush on my gf
and she told me 2 nights ago that he asked her to a dance, but her sister is going with her, but I don't think it's right for him to do that since she's MY girlfriend not his, he said he wanted her to go so he can have someone to act crazy with, ok? he has friends, anyway i admit im jealous but I want to handle this situation right without pissing her off so how do I do it? what's the right thing to do?

A GF should not be dating someone else, and that's what going to a dance with another guy is--dating. Sounds like it's
time fo ryou and the GF to have a serious discussion about where the boundaries are in your relationship.

First off, let me just say KUDOS TO YOU! Most guys don't give a sh!t what other people think and get super angry and jealous and overall irrational.

Now then... I understand you're jealousy, I mean, another guy is asking YOUR girl out to a dance. But it doesn't mean that's a date or anything. It is a dance. Now, if you're uncomfortable with him wanting to freak dance with her, that I understand.

But let's take a look at the male mind (a.k.a. out minds). You know that even if a girl that you like has a boyfriend, you'll still try to get close to her. Some guys would even say that they're "just friends" when he only does that to get closer to the girl. It's deceptive, it's wrong, it's a guy. Well, some guys anyway.

So back to your situation, I don't think you should talk to the guy because that would make it uncomfortable for your girlfriend to be at work and she would get really pissed off.

One, because you talked to him; and
Two, it shows that you don't trust her ability to keep him at bay and undermines who she is.

As long as you trust your girl, you have nothing to worry about. If it still really bothers you, then CALMLY sit down with her and tell her how you feel and that you don't like it. She may get a little angry, but since you told her in a calm, rational way she'll be more understanding for you to get your point across.

Hope that helps dude! And remember, she's with YOU for a reason.

Since her sister is going too, why can't you go? The guy can still act crazy and you can be with your girlfriend. Make that offer and see what your girlfriend says. If she has a problem with that, you're right to be worried.

This is the situation where you will find where your girlfriend stands on things with you. Bottom line: if he is around it is only because she wants him there, if she does not want him there, she will let him know. Let her know your honest and true feelings and then sit back and watch, if she continues with him, then you know where things are with you and her. Best of luck.
