well not true. With the new sponsor the Kasey Kahne team will be looking for some great racing in the 2008 season. But the Bud sponsor will only be on for half of the season. Yup, Bud and Dodge have mad an agreement that the #9 car will split the hood sponsor for the majority of the season. And with the quick decision of Ray Everham and the motorsports team the everham team will drop the #10 of Scoot Riggs and put the IRL Indy 500 champ in the car Darrio Franchiti so that should put the young Kahne in a good place. And the owner of DEI Treasa Earnherdt i think she made a big mistake but giving dale jr up or even just not givning him and owner ship rights but by the last lap of the Ford 400 at Homestead,FL the #8 team will be no more. So enjoy the best things in life while they are still here.

Kasey Kahne is making Budweiser look pretty good in NASCAR Even though my crystal ball said Kasey Kahne was going to take a dive, I'm happy for the guy. I think it would be kind of a gas, to see Tony Stewart drive a Chevrolet powered Budweiser race car. But for now, and especially since, how good Kasey has been doing, I hope he has a very good season.

Kasey Kahne is a great up and coming racer who was the rookie of the year for 2006 and had 6 races...count em 6 races he won last year. For a driver to win a race is not only about his ability to drive the car and maneuver around the track but about the entire team working together. The car of tomorrow played a large part in the season wins/losses this year but with the new partnership and sponsorship, Kasey Kahne and Evernham racing will only be moving up from here. Budweiser made a great choice.

First of all, Kasey has had more than 2 top tens this season. And he still has a chance to win a couple of races this year.
Now that I'm done with that.
Jr. even says that Kasey is a prime choice for Budweiser. He's got a young face, and the company loves the female fan-base that Kahne has.
Kasey Kahne has proven that he is a good racer, but unfortunately he's gone through a bit of a slump this season. Most drivers go through a bad streak at least once in their careers. But he definitely has talent; Ray Evernham sees it, and Budweiser sees it.
I think Bud chose the perfect guy to sponsor next year.

It's a natural. The cars with NASCAR fans favorite beer are Miller Lite so that has to be on Kurt Busch's car. And they put the Cheap beer on the #9 car so it runs in the back of the race field. That way the Miller Lite car runs up front and gets more camera time. All I know is Pepsi has the best cars to sponsor. And the new #88 car looks very cool. Kasey Kahne's car looked a lot better when it was white. Now he's gonna be looking like he's wearing a shoe that's too big for him. Bye-bye Budweiser!

WTF?
First off, this season is not yet over, you CANT say Kasey hasn't won one this year.
And hes had 5 top tens and one top 5. Kay?
Get your facts straight before you go and criticize somebody for what YOU think is a bad decision, but obviously Budweiser and Dale Jr. think is a good one. All those people cant be wrong. And yes, Kasey has had a bad year, but yes he did win a season high six races last year and they will get back on track next year if not sooner. The got false information at testing in Las Vegas earlier this year, they fired the guy who did that and now they're working on getting their COT program together and ready to win races. So Bud is only going to help.
And you are aware that Evernham helped Jeff Gordon, you know Jimmie J's teammate, to 3 of his 4 championships. So without him, Jeff Gordon wouldn't be as big as he is now, so Jimmie might not even be driving for HMS, since Jeff was the one to get him the job. And I HIGHLY doubt you have ever met Ray, or at least not enough to say with certainty that he is a creep.

I grew up with in a USAC family so i've seen tons of drivers come up through USAC and besides Tony i think Kasey has the most talent. I'm not Kasey fan :) but he's got talent i've never have liked him but i basically grew up with him so that could be the reason.
Kasey as the bud man??? Only one guy will ever be the bud man and thats Dale JR. Kasey is young looking thats a good thing for the marketing part of the sport all the girls want him and that sells products

Kasey kahne is popular with the young crowd, and Dale Jr recommended him...Hopefully Kasey will get some wins...I'm not a Kasey K. fan, but he is great in his commericals, and is a new young face...Maybe he can have the 3 allstate gals rescue him from the mutant desert guys, in the Bud commerical if they do one of them like dale jr did..

Young, Marketable, and a fan favorite... Not much more a high-dollar sponsor could ask for.
Hope the $$ help GEM get those cars back on track... Kasey has been stinkin' it up this season. We all know he is capable of running up front, week in and week out though.
