Legal immigrants are already excluded from social service benefits for their first five years. This is already in the law.
NOTHING should be given to ILLEGAL ALIENS at all, ever.
There is a BIG difference between IMMIGRANTS and ILLEGAL ALIENS. Unfortunately, the "PC" crowd tries to blur the distinction between the two.

I agree,but they would never do it. It is one of the reasons they come here. I'm speaking of those here illegally.
A perfect example is the poster above who actually thinks that by an illegal using a citizens social security # they are HELPING that citizen get more money into their account. No sense of right or wrong and what the penalties could be for that citizen when the IRS comes looking for them for unclaimed income.

Legal immigrants pay taxes too. They deserve the social services. I would say this, if you don't pay taxes, immigrant or not, you should not get social service. Fair?

We don't. Even we pay our monthly contributions to Social Security we will never be entitled to any of that money 'cause we are not citizens. So yes, someone else will enjoy the contributions we gave with our jobs.
Edit: I don't know why the thumbs down. I have been on H1B for 4 years; I contribute $3000 dlls a year to Social Security, I'm I gonna be able to see a little bit of that money on my pocket? No, 'cause I'm not a citizen and I'm not a permanent resident. I'm happy about it, not complaining, I'm happy to be here, but I don't think you can generalize that all immigrants are "milking the system". Thanks.
For gabykawa: I don't know where do you live, but in any places I ever lived garbage collection was for free, I always have to pay at least $15.00 a month. And for insurance, thanks God my employeer covers that for me.

Get rid of social services at all.
Need health service? go and get it
Need garbage collection? go and get it.
The market provides better and cheaper services than the government.
Once you get rid of social services, immigration is not an issue anymore.

they already are and i agree with "why?" he is correct about them paying taxes to someone elses social and they cant touch it... so that citizen gets more than they paid for!!!!!!
