It's a holiday for me. On my next one I will be sixty one.
A friend of mine the other day said, "61, who wants to be that old?"
I said, "almost anyone who is 60."

It used to be a holiday for me but as I'm getting older it's now an unnecessary reminder.

HOLIDAY! celebrate! all month long!
the older i get, the less time i spend reminding everyone that my birthday is approaching (it used to be 30 days, now it's like a week), but i still think it's a great day! not only was i brought into the world, but i'm still alive!

Sometimes my birthday actually falls on a holiday - Thanksgiving. As you get older, it reminds me I am getting older.

It's my favourite day of the year, I love it even though I'm nearly 30. I say day, I have book a whole week off work to go mental and do what I like and in the middle I have a big party where I get all my friends into one room and they all have to buy me drinks and tell me how great I am. I call it "Georgemas". I love my birthday!

When I was younger I loved having my birthday b/c well its on December 22nd and its close to X-mas and I use to get double the presents cause my mom and dad are divorced. But now that I'm older, I could care less. I wish it wasn't so close to X-mas b/c my friends are always busy with their families.. it sucks now
