I think he's good looking. Perhaps something in his attitude that scares the women off?.. 8/10

I have no idea as far as looks go he is a handsome man so its not that however I notice he isnt smiling personally I like to see a guy smiling its much warmer than a serious face and more likely to attract attention than a scowl.
It kind of difficult just looking at a picture then asking your question, I mean how does he talk ? Is he friendly and easy to chat to? Does he have a great sense of humour? Is he polite and well spoken or does he swear every other word? Does he show attentiveness and gentleness to women or is he rough and a show off .....all these things cannot be answered by just looking at a photo ......unless of course you think looks are everything if so thats exactly why he is getting ignored!

My first impression was he has a mean face. He may be the biggest sweartheart, but i would turn away as well.
My husband has a very scary face when is in deep thought or angry. It is just the way it is.
Tip: Tell him to smile more
and take out that earring ( makes him look like a punk)

Push-ups. That's the secret for such a fine-built man. He'll feel awesome about himself and it will give him that extra little spark. Three weeks is all it would take! If I could wave a magic wand on this guy it would happen..reps of three, then six, then ten, wow, before bed. Do it! Come on, folks, give me a thumbs up for this answer, because you know I'm right.

He doesn't look friendly and approachable. And this could be because he just has things on my mind or hey, he may not have wanted that picture taken! My hubby is the friendliest person in the world but when he gets a lot of things going he gets this horrible unfriendly look on his face and that is so not him. He may want to try to relax his features more and try to look more open and approachable.

Just wondering why as his sister you would post his face all over the web like that?????? I personally don't see anything wrong with his physical appearance but the again that is not the only thing all girls look for in a man( I'm speaking for myself now) Does he know about this?

He has a look on his face in this photo that is angry, depressed, bored, and just generally put off. His posture and expression says 'get this over with so I can be alone again' & 'this is pointless'. Try posting a photo of him smiling and enjoying himself doing something.

What exactly are you asking? "Leave the psychology behind"? What does that mean, exactly?
You have posted a picture of a man holding a piece of paper then asked a cryptic message. I think you need to be more concise in your question.

well your brother isn't ugly or anything, but he looks depressed, disgusted and generally morbid.
your brother does have a nice hair cut, and his face looks great too.
maybe he could smile as people approach him and say "hello" or something? you didn't say anything about his personality... but being "personable" and pleasant helps.0
he could also stop wearing baggy clothes, and get something which fits well. He is LOST in those clothes. men are very attractive in more form-fitting outfits, even if it's a uniform.
take care....

I honestly don't know why your brother gets ignored all the time, just by seeing the picture! I wouldn't turn my head!
