For me. it took being healed of a disease by a Rhema minister. Then I became sold-out.

Some people reach that point in their lives where God makes Himself very real to them or they get soo broken they need them, this is what I mean.

My first grandchild was born at 26 weeks,
1 # 5oz...all the Doctors told us she would die...and to say our goodbyes...I refused!!!
I sat or collasped right on the floor of the NICU, and starting praying...within 10 minutes there were 11 people sitting with me...I even offered my life to GOD so she could LIVE...
She turned 10 in July...God blessed us that day, and I will never forget this experience...
This was a miracle that I witnessed, and from that day my faith has been stronger than even I could believe.

A big part of it was seeing the wickedness in the world
and not wanting to follow it. Wanting to be separate from
the world as a teenager and adult - not falling for the things
that are against God, and also, because they are against
God they are also "against" resources and opportunities
I could have in God that can't be found in the world ("Peace I
give to you, not as the world gives" - much better - and"God
does abundantly above all we ask and think!")
I also have seen God work in several miraculous ways and have become closer to the Lord through the years.
It has been on-going.

I was watching Billy G. and he kept repeating John 3:16-17 over and over. I just started balling. And saying the words. And next the prayer. All on TV. I was like what is going on? I didn't fully understand until I did not want to do the drugs and other things anymore. Its been sweet every since!

My life had no direction. I felt I knew what was best for me. After trial and error, I felt like it was 'you could have had a V-8 moment.' I was trying to control my destiny, and realized that God is Almighty, and he has a plan for my life. Until I surrender unto Him, I will continue to have battles within myself.
God does the healing. We that believe in Him, know that.

I was a believer (from Catholicism) then an agnostic, then God finally got my attention when I had no one left in this world to turn to except for him. He helped me through all my struggles (and still is) and has brought me to where I am today. Without him I was lost, with him I am hole.

I just got fed up with just going to church and I realized that just because i went did't mean that God was pleased with my life. And I wanted to live for him instead of myself so I got serious and got in my word and preyed more. And now I don't care how God uses me just as long as I being used by him and not satan

Mine was realizing that doing things my own way was making me miserable. God brought me into a whole new life that is centered around Him and I am happier than I have ever been in my life.

Nothing else worked for me but Jesus. I had failed at everything else, until God showed me how to be a winner. I can't thank Him or praise Him enough for His Blessings on me.
